At LIFTPLAQ, responsibility is part of our DNA. We have always designed and assembled robust, durable, and repairable tools in France, designed to improve worker safety while limiting our impact on the environment. This first CSR report highlights actions already well underway and sets our objectives for the years to come.
🌱 Acting for the environment
Our products are designed to last and be easily repaired: spare parts are available individually to extend their lifespan and reduce waste. When it comes to shipping, 99% of our packages are shipped without plastic, using only recyclable packaging. Thanks to our partnership with Tree-Nation, our website is carbon neutral, and we contribute to reforestation in France. In our workshops, thermal insulation, LED lighting, and everyday eco-friendly actions allow us to reduce our energy consumption.
👥 Taking care of people
Our tools prevent musculoskeletal disorders and facilitate the work of field workers. Internally, we ensure the well-being of our team through versatility, ongoing training, and ongoing dialogue. Concrete results: zero workplace accidents since 2018 and an average of 7 hours of training per employee each year.
🤝 Ethical and local relationships
We work closely with our partners: more than 70% of our strategic suppliers are located within 200 km. This reduces our carbon footprint and supports the local economy. With them, we share a Responsible Supplier Charter, which sets out common social, environmental, and ethical commitments.
And tomorrow?
We want to go further: measure our carbon emissions more precisely, strengthen the eco-design of our products, and consider external recognition such as ISO 26000.
